Tips and stories to add value to you and your organisation
Silence is the gateway to clear thinking. Our silence encourages other people to talk. We can remain silent and allow ourselves not to be hooked by someone’s barbed comments. We can close our eyes and fall silent for five minutes and tune into the bird song, the rhythm of our heart, and the rise and fall of our breath…to become mindful and relaxed. When we are unsure, lost or nervous, we can fall silent and take time to become grounded again and to generate new options.
